<p>CodeValue is seeking a Chief Architect to lead the technological architecture activities within the financial domain.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of 40 architects who drive the bank's development infrastructure and innovation.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development and implementation of the bank's technological strategy in the field of architecture.</li><li>Manage and provide professional guidance to the team of architects, including planning and leading work processes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with development departments, information security, and technology infrastructure to ensure alignment between technological solutions and the bank's business needs.</li><li>Develop and implement standards, tools, and methodologies in the field of architecture.</li><li>Support cross-organizational projects, ensuring advanced technological infrastructures that add value to the bank.</li><li>Cooperate with external suppliers and leaders of technological innovation in the financial sector to integrate new and advanced technologies.</li></ul>
