• FinOps - The reporting team is responsible for providing dashboards and reports on cloud expenses at various levels. The team collects expense and cost data, analyzes it, and points out significant changes in our spending, resource utilization, and other significant cost factors
• Infrastructure Architecture - Leveraging our years of cloud computing experience, our professional cloud Infrastructure architects will assist you in choosing the solutions that best suit your needs. They will know how to identify the source of Inefficiency in your cloud infrastructure and define the needed actions to fix those.    
• Software Architecture - Leveraging our years of SW development, our professional architects will maximize your cloud resource utilization by identifying and addressing inefficiencies in the code itself and improving them by the development of dedicated cloud-native code and apps which drive cloud cost optimization.
• OPS - The CloudOps team works closely with the Developers and implements the required changes based on the reports and architecture recommendations. The outcome of the improvements made by the OPS team is reduction in cloud services cost and increase in efficiency.
