You will play a key role in managing and optimizing databases, automating operations, and ensuring data integrity across multiple environments.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Technical Support Engineer</strong> with strong coding skills in <strong>JavaScript and Java</strong> to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner. A successful candidate should be a <strong>fast learner</strong>, capable of debugging technical issues efficiently while providing exceptional customer support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Investigate, troubleshoot, and debug <strong>JavaScript</strong> and <strong>Java-based</strong> applications.</li><li>Analyze logs and monitor system performance using <strong>Dynatrace, Kibana, and other logging tools</strong>.</li><li>Work closely with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>Maintain and improve knowledge base documentation to help customers with self-service troubleshooting.</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they understand the status and resolution of their issues.</li><li>Stay up to date with product updates.</li></ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in programming with <strong>JavaScript and Java</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Dynatrace, Kibana, and log analysis</strong> for debugging and troubleshooting- Must</li><li>Basic DevOps knowledge is an advantage (Jenkins, Certificate, IDP).</li><li>Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting software issues, debugging applications, and providing technical solutions.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple support tickets efficiently.</li><li>Experience with <strong>ticketing systems</strong> (Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>cloud services, APIs, and databases</strong> is an advantage.</li></ul>
