Overview

Sidetalk is a sophisticated AI-driven virtual events platform, designed to uncover attendees buyers intent and drive action items such as meetings, introductions, free trials etc’, by encouraging audience participation and response.

Challenge

Sidetalk as a startup needed reliable and experienced IT partner to manage their whole R&D process and built a modern cloud-based SaaS platform from ground up. For this to happen they needed a full team of strong experts including project manager, solution architect, technical lead, senior front-end and senior back-end developers and experienced cloud DevOps engineer.

Solution

Design and Development of the modern cloud-based SaaS solution, secured and scalable, using microservices architecture, React for the front-end, NodeJS on the back-end, WebSockets and REST communication between the services, PostgreSQL as main database as well as Redis as caching database and RabbitMQ as message broker, and all this hosted in AWS cloud using its different managed services and Kubernetes EKS.
